Palantir is a small software engineering company focused on financial services, and we're run by software engineers. We have some top blue chip clients in the financial services industry, and have been dealing with such clients since our inception in 2001.

We are big believers in finding developers who have passion, ability and strong thinking skills, and then helping them excel even more. We provide tools, training, and mentorship; and the clients we work at all look great on the CV. When we place people at clients, we tend to shy away from putting lots of people, and rather place one or two in technical leadership positions. We like being small, it allows us to be more flexible, and more personal.
